 AddiXtreme Sports is putting together a day packed full of yet another Cove Creek Challenge. Next Spring, AddiXtreme Sports is inviting cyclist to join in the Challenge, and raise funds for Cove Creek Farm. AddiX has found and mapped out it's very own route and is currently planning a 70 mile fun ride for all of you cycle AddiX out there. The Cove Creek Challenge will be held before the rest of the High Country's long-distance cycling events, and will consist of very creditable climbs (HWY 194-Beech Mtn-George's Gap). So, it will be a great opportunity to warm up those legs in the 2011 season. Registration and Details will be available soon.

We are part of a non-profit organization helping at-risk teens, young adults and kids in choosing a lifestyle that will prevent them from making wrong decisions. AddiXtreme Sports provides activities that can be performed in a clean, safe and sober environment. We want to teach our kids how to deal with life's everyday conflicts, by giving them outlets to solutions that don't involve drinking or using drugs.

      We are proud to announce that our 1st Annual Cove Creek Challenge was a huge SUCCESS. Saturday May 22nd 2010, AddiXtreme Sports helped raise over $5,200 for Cove Creek Farm! Next year's Challenge will be even better.

Adam Sheffield and Doug Owen went riding 60 miles throughout the High Country. With your support and Adam's ambition, Cove Creek Farm will be receiving over $5,200! 

This grueling course took Adam and Doug across Western North Carolina from the beautiful Sugar Grove area to Blowing Rock, on towards Newland, Banner Elk, and Historic Valle Crucis. Through sunshine, fog, and RAIN, the Cove Creek Challenge was awesome...  Please check back for info on next summer's Challenge.
